Filing a wage claim
For wage claims, file directly with the official agencies — they are free and do not require an attorney:
- Federal: DOL Wage & Hour Division (1-866-487-9243).
- State: Find your state's labor agency in our state index.
Reporting a data error
If you spot a stale minimum-wage figure, a broken statute URL, or a state DOL claim form that has moved, email us with the state and the page where you saw the issue. We will re-verify within 5 business days and ship a fix.
